Ounuwhao lodge is a 1894 Kauri villa offering superior accomodation opposite picturesque Matauwhi Bay – a favourite mooring-place for yachts
The six bedrooms, are full of character and charm, all featuring an en-suite or private bathroom.
Ounuwhao is a short two-minute drive or a casual 10-minute level stroll to Russell village. “Experience our historical Residents and enjoy a world of difference”.

Soak up the beautiful sea views, gardens, reserve and bird life from the sheltered wrap-around verandas. There’s a BBQ and plenty of outdoor tables and chairs if you wish to dine al fresco.

Those requiring credit card facilities may book through our AirBnB listing (please note extra service charges apply through using AirBnB).
